Terms of service

These terms cover the clauderouter gateway service. By buying a plan or using a key you agree to them.

What the service is

clauderouter resells access to third-party AI models through a single API gateway. The models are operated by their respective providers. We do not train, host or control those models, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of anything they produce.

Plans and access

Access is sold as a period of time, not as a quantity of tokens. During the period, requests are not capped by a quota. A per-key request-rate limit applies to prevent one key from degrading the service for other customers. When the period ends, the key stops working.

Extension plans are an add-on to an existing key and require that key's basic period to still be active. Extension time is added to the key, not to a separate account.

Current prices: 1 day Rp 30.000, 3 days Rp 50.000, 7 days Rp 100.000, 30 days Rp 300.000 for basic plans, and 1 day Rp 10.000, 3 days Rp 15.000, 7 days Rp 25.000, 30 days Rp 50.000 for extension plans.

Your account and keys

  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secret. Anyone holding it can use your access.
  • A key is shown once when issued. If it is lost, revoke it and issue a new one.
  • Do not share, resell or redistribute a single key to multiple end users as a service. Each customer of yours needs their own key.
  • We may revoke a key and suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, attack the gateway, or violate the model provider terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to break the law, to harm others, to generate material that the model providers prohibit, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the gateway or to any other customer's account. Requests are logged with the model id, timestamp, status and latency for accounting and abuse prevention.

Availability

Model availability depends on the upstream providers and can change without notice. The status page reports which models are currently being served, and a model that is not being served is flagged as unavailable before purchase. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Changes

These terms and the prices may change. A price change never applies to a period that has already been paid for.
